- Account Information: Name, email, company name, billing address, and payment details when you register.
- Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage within the Platform.
- Call Data: Phone numbers dialed, call duration, recordings, transcripts, and outcomes — as generated through use of our Platform.
- Lead Data: Contact lists and CRM data you upload or connect to our Platform.
- Communications: Emails, support tickets, or chat messages you send us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Process billing and manage your account

5. Call Recording & Consent
The Platform may record calls. You are responsible for informing call recipients of recording as required by applicable law (e.g., playing a consent disclosure at the start of calls). BinaLabs stores recordings securely and encrypts them at rest. Recordings are deleted 180 days after call completion unless you configure a different retention period.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, role-based access control, and regular third-party security audits. No method of transmission is 100% secure — while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after termination. Call recordings are retained for 180 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@binalabs.ai.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)

9. Cookies
